Returns & Exchanges
We have a thirty day exchange policy, which means you have thirty days after receiving your order to request an exchange. Items must be in unworn condition with tags in the original packaging, with your order receipt attached. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept exchanges after thirty days.
We want you to love your purchase so contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@palacecocolingerie.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Once your item is received and inspected, we will issue a merchandise credit. Exchanges may take up to 7 business days for inspection and an additional 3 business days to receive merchandise credit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right!
Exchange Shipping Label
Our exchange department will provide a shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping labels fees will be deducted from the customer gift card/store credit.
Restocking
Any items that cannot be exchanged and must be returned will be responsible for a return shipping and 20% restocking fee.
